The hotel is situated in a convenient location not far from the train station with plenty to do nearby. the rooms are clean and comfortable, well-appointed with quality bedding. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. the hotel facilities are excellent, including a classic onsen.

The restaurant and bar closed early, leaving no option for a glass of wine or dinner after a day of exploring.

The hotel had very helpful staff who assisted with many of the guests' needs. The complimentary breakfast was also a plus, with a range of foods that satisfied even the pickiest eaters. The location was great, not too far from the main attractions, and easy to navigate.

On the negative side, the rooms were a bit small, making it hard to fit personal belongings. Additionally, the walls were too thin, so noise from outside or even the neighboring rooms could easily be heard. Finally, the prices of some of the hotel amenities were quite high, which made it difficult to participate in all the hotel had to offer.

The lobby looked very chic and modern and we were welcomed by a courteous Receptionist. The hotel's facilities seemed great for a family vacation as there was a pool and some well-designed outdoor activities. The hotel was situated in a prime location near the main road and malls.

For a romantic escape, however, this hotel wasn't suitable as there were too many families with children running around, which made it quite noisy, and there wasn't much privacy by the poolside. The room's advertised double bed was two single beds pushed together which wasn't very comfortable.
